上略之巻 Jō Ryaku no Maki

Danshi 弾指

敵が左手にと我が片胸を捕る。我は右手で敵の左手を表

逆捕りにす。

敵は忽ち右手拳で面部に打込み来る。我は左腕にて受け、忽ち左手栂指にて敵の胸当て込む。同時に右足にて蹴り込むのと右手逆締めが一致。

敵は仰向けに倒れる。左足で敵の胸を蹴り、残心。

Danshi 弾指 (Shooting Finger)

With the left hand the opponent takes Kata Mune Dori 片胸捕 (Single chest grab; grabbing the chest/lapels with one hand).  I take the opponent’s left hand in Omote Gyaku Dori. The opponent immediately strikes in with the right fist to the face. I defend with the left arm, and suddenly enter in with a left Boshi 拇指(thumb) to the opponent’s Mune Ate . 胸当(breastplate) Kick in with the right leg and with the right hand Gyaku Shime逆締 (reverse Choke)  at the same time. The opponent falls face-up. Kick into the opponent’s breast with the left leg, Zanshin.

Danshi 弾指  (Dedo de catapulta/proyectil)

El oponente te sujeta de la solapa izquierda. Toma su mano izquierda en Omote Gyaku con tu derecha. El oponente te ataca a la cara rápidamente con su mano derecha. Bloquea su ataque con el brazo izquierdo y seguidamente golpea el pecho del oponente con un Boshi izquierdo. Al mismo tiempo patea su pierna haciendo un Gyaku Shime derecho. El oponente cae de espaldas al suelo. Golpea su pecho con la pierna izquierda. Adopta Zanshin.
